One of the Danish
Christmas traditions is to eat “Ris”Alamanda” as dessert.
You then place a

process all
ingredients in a food processor until it makes a ball.
CREATING YOUR OWN
LITTLE PIGS:
Add a bit of red
food coloring
HOW TO MAKE THE
ALMOND FLOUR:
place whole almonds
in the food processor and process to fine flour.
If you use the brown
almonds – cook for one minute in hot water and take off the brown
shell.
There are also
